Keynote Speaker
Aly Wane is an undocumented human rights organizer based in Syracuse, NY, originally from Senegal. He has worked on Antiwar, economic justice, racial and immigrant justice for the past few years. He has been involved with the American Friends Service Committee, the Workers’ Center of CNY, and has been on the Board of the Alliance Of Communities Transforming Syracuse, a politically progressive interfaith organization. He now serves on the Steering Committee of the Syracuse Peace Council, and has worked with the Black Alliance for Just immigration.
