Ways to Support MPH

As an independent school MPH does not receive funding from outside sources and relies on its community to make MPH possible. Funding MPH comes from three main sources: revenue from tuition, the school’s endowment and donor support.

  • The MPH Annual Fund: is the school’s first priority for donor support, and we ask every member of our community to consider a gift to the annual fund. To learn more about the MPH Annual Fund click here. To make a gift visit our giving page.
  • Endowment Gifts: Gift to the MPH endowment ensure the school’s future and are often made to support tuition assistance for students. Gifts of any size can be made to the endowment for unrestricted support or added to an existing endowment fund. Donors may also establish their own endowment funds with gifts of $50,000 and greater. These funds can be named and restricted based on a signed agreement between the donor and MPH.
  • Capital Gifts: Capital gifts include support for priority projects outside the school’s operating budget. For more information on capital giving please contact: Portia McGee, Director of Development at pmcgee@mphschool.org.
  • Planned Giving:  The MPH Tree of Life Society honors those who have included MPH in their estate plans. This is an incredible way to honor your connection to MPH and ensure the school’s sustained future. For more information on the Tree of Life Society, please visit our planned giving page.
  • Volunteering and Special Projects: MPH relies on the involvement of its community. Below are key opportunities to volunteer. For information on volunteer opportunities, please contact Shelbi Pisciarino, Development Associate at spisciarino@mphschool.org.
    • Parents Association: The PA is involved in all aspects of school life. The PA provides volunteers for many events and hosts special faculty/staff appreciation events.
    • Athletic Booster Club: The sports boosters support athletics at MPH by running the concessions at home games, celebrating MPH athletes and raising funds from sponsorship for a priority project to enhance athletics at MPH.
    • Friends of the Arts: The FOA is an MPH parent organization dedicated to enhancing the visual, performing, and fine arts programs. Each year the FOA supports a priority project for the arts department through program ad sales and coordinates parent volunteers to support student performances.
