Project Smiles Packages Delivered!
The MPH Girls Varsity Soccer Team recently partnered with Project Smiles collecting clothing and gifts to bring girls in Colombian orphanages “smiles” for the holidays (see story here). This week, their packages arrived to delighted girls at the Judith Jaramillo Home. Back packs were filled with clothing, toys, personal items, candy, and jewelry to make the holiday season a bit brighter for young women ages 10-20 living in the home. Many thanks to our student athletes for taking on this important initiative and to Coach Bentley Hoke for her continued leadership and support.
