Eighteen CNY students to compete in London with Model UN

Eighteen high school students from Manlius Pebble Hill school in DeWitt will travel to England later this month for the London International Model United Nations (LIMUN) conference.

The London event, to be held Feb. 21-23 will include more than 1,500 students from all over the world, most of them college students. A few spots at the event are reserved for high school students on teams which have performed well at the more competitive conferences.

MPH students won 18 awards at the Central New York Model UN Conference in January at Syracuse University, where more than 900 students from 30 area high schools competed.
